I had the pleasure of photographing an Omakase in my hometown Fort Worth, Texas this week and I am beyond proud of these images! I spent my Tuesday off of Magnolia Avenue, a popular street lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, including the subject of these photos; Yoichi Omakase & Handroll. I am genuinly so thankful to have the honor of photographing these mouth watering bites. Chef Ian, pictured above, went above and beyond with service and education on every sushi, crudo, or handroll served, creating a deliciously intellectual experience.

If you have the time to stop by Yoichi, don't miss it! The menu is filled with worldy fish accompanied by perfectly made sushi rice, garnishes that make you ask " What is that wonderful taste?!" Truly a top tier experience to be had in Fort Worth, so don't miss out!

Lastly, I'd love to thank the in-house team of Yoichi as well as Chef Won, Chef Mark, and Chef Ian for so graciously allowing me to take up space in their classic shot gun style restaurant to elevate my photography with their just as elevated sushi for this Fort Worth Omakase Photoshoot!

A few graphics I made for fun!
